From a review to a signed order

Five steps, and you know the price at the second one.

  1. 01

Step 1: We read your record

You send what you have and sign a release. We pull the official record and find anything you did not know was there.

  2. 02

Step 2: You get a plan on paper

A 30-minute video call, then a written plan with the package, its flat fee and the separate court and agency charges.

  3. 03

Step 3: We draft, you review

We write the petition and your statement with you. Nothing is filed until you have read it and signed.

  4. 04

Step 4: Papers filed, you prepared

We file with the court, then walk you through what the judge may ask, by video, before the date.

  5. 05

Step 5: The order, then the clean-up

You get a copy of the order, and a short list of who else to notify so a check does not still show the old record.

What to have ready for the first call

None of it needs to be perfect. If you do not have something, we can usually get it.

Bring what you have

  • A photo ID

  • The court and county of each case, if you remember

  • Any papers from the case, such as a sentence or release form

  • Proof that fines, classes or probation were finished

One call, then a plan

The review is the first step, and it comes off the price of any package.
