The fee, package by package
Each package, and what moves its fee
A flat fee is for one case. What a package leaves out is named in the written plan, so nothing surprises you later.
A record review first
A 30-minute video call. We pull and read your record and write a plan with every cost. The review has a set fee, quoted when you book, and it is credited toward whichever package you hire us for.
Your record pulled and read
A written plan with every cost
An arrest or a dismissed case
One flat fee for a case that never ended in a conviction.
Petition and supporting papers drafted
Filing prepared for your signature
Hearing preparation by video
A copy of the order when it arrives
One conviction
One flat fee for an older case with the sentence finished. It adds your statement, written with you, and our appearance at the hearing.
Support letters gathered with you
We appear by video or in person
Several cases at once
Up to three cases are filed together under one plan and one timeline. A fourth case or more is quoted on its own.
Court filing fees and agency record fees are paid to the court or agency on top of our fee. They vary by county and by case, and we give you the exact amounts in writing before you pay us anything. These are sample fees for the owner to replace.
The charges that go to someone else
Our fee is flat. These are not ours, and they differ by county and case.
We list each one in your written plan, with the amount, who it is paid to and when. If a fee waiver may fit your income, we tell you and help you ask for it.
Paid to the court or agency
The court's filing fee for each petition
Fees to state and federal agencies for copies of your record
Fingerprinting, where a record check needs it
Certified copies of the order, if you want extras

Questions about the fee
Does the fee change if the hearing takes longer?
No. The flat fee stays the same however long the hearing runs. A second petition, or a new case, is quoted separately.
Can I pay in parts?
Yes. We split a package into installments, and the written plan shows each date and amount before you agree.
What if the court says no?
A judge decides, and no lawyer can promise the answer. If a petition is denied, we explain why and what, if anything, could change before trying again. Refiling is quoted separately.
Is the review fee refundable?
The review fee is credited toward any package you hire us for. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the written plan and the fee is not returned.
Your fee, in one call
Start with the review. It names the package, and it comes off the fee.
